CACELLATION POLICY : Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
LATE POLICY : $1.00 per minute, appointment will be held for 15 minutes, afterwards you’ll be charged 100% of service. If you are running late, please call and notify to keep your spot reserved.
SAME DAY SERVICES : (If available) $30.00 charge will be added on to service.
NO CALL/ NO SHOW : Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. If you need to reschedule, please contact me ASAP (24 hours before our appointment) and I will do my best to accommodate your preference.
